How far is Downtown Sandpoint from The Lodge?

Sandpoint is just two miles away, across the Long Bridge.

What is the cancellation policy?

All reservations require an Advance Deposit of the first night’s lodging, charged at the time of booking.

Reservations made for arrival from May 15 through September 15 require at least 14 Days’ Notice of Cancellation in advance of the arrival date to obtain a Deposit Refund minus a $20 Processing Fee.

All reservations made for arrival from September 16 through May 14 require at least 24 hours of Notice of Cancellation prior to the arrival date to obtain a Deposit Refund minus a $20 Processing Fee.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Guests may check-in after 4 p.m. and check out before 11 a.m.
Please present your photo driver’s license and the credit card used when booking your reservation, to the front desk upon check-in.

Are there any additional charges for extra people?

All room costs are based on double occupancy.
Suites will accommodate up to four people, with an additional charge of $20.00 per person over two; including children older than 13.
Studio-style (non-suite) rooms that can accommodate up to four people (i.e., with two beds) require an additional $20 per night charge for each additional adult beyond two; including children older than 13.
Standard Studios accommodate two persons only.
* A roll-out bed is available for a nightly rental of $20.00 for Suites.

Do you have rooms for persons with disabilities?

Yes, we do have a few rooms available that are specially equipped.
Please call us to see if one of these rooms will adequately meet your needs.

Is the Lodge pet friendly?

No. Animals are not allowed on The Lodge property; however, ADA service dogs are welcome. Please call the Lodge for the details to see if they meet your needs, and to make your reservation.

Is breakfast served?

Yes. A Continental breakfast is included for our guests, served daily in the lobby from 6 am – 11 am.

Do you have a restaurant on the property?

No. Just a few minutes over the Long Bridge, there are many types of eating places, from the casual take-out to full meal service. Many establishments serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while several have a bar/lounge. Sandpoint even has a microbrewery. You may view a list of local places on  Sandpointonline.com and our staff is happy to suggest a few favorite places in the area.

Many area establishments do direct delivery to The Lodge, and there are many that use the services of Door Dash and Uber Eats, etc. If you need help with placing an order, our front desk staff can assist you.

Does the Lodge have facilities for Weddings and/or  Receptions?

No. Over the years we have been honored to be the choice venue for many couples to exchange their Wedding Vows (here at The Lodge), however, we no longer host special events on the property.

Does the Lodge have facilities for Meetings?

Yes. We do have a meeting space that is rentable for guests, with a certain amount of rooms booked. Please call us for information.

May guests dock their boat at The Lodge during their stay?

No. The Lodge no longer has docking facilities available to guests.
